Refund Policy

Returns:
We want you to love your handmade surgical cap! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at jilly.refunds@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization (RA #) and instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
5. Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn or used.
